On December 28, in Rome, at the Centro restaurant located in Via Cavour at number 61, live a culinary experience with "Dining in the Dark".

Dining in the Dark consists of a sensorial dinner where you will have to taste surprise dishes, completely blindfolded! The deprivation of one of the senses, as we know, leads to the exaltation of the others and this is precisely the objective of this type of experience.
This dinner, as written on the event website, is not permitted for children under 12 and for those under 16, it is still mandatory to be accompanied by an adult.
The only thing you will have to do at the time of purchase is choose the type of menu:
Red (Flesh)
- APPETIZERS: A tasty spoonful dish with unique and fresh Asian flavors
- MAIN: Stronger, earthier flavors enter the room with a fresh, flavorful surprise of meat and vegetables.
- DESSERT: Sweet flavors you know and love, presented in surprising textures to appease your taste buds.
Blue (Fish)
- APPETIZERS: Fresh and crunchy textures and flavors appear on the plate, directly from the sea. A light touch of sweetness on the side; perfect.
- MAIN: Soft textures and stronger flavors of the ocean take over in this unique main course.
- DESSERT: a delicate, crunchy, and tasty tropical delight.
Green (Vegetarian)
- APPETIZERS: Soft and crunchy come together in fresh and delicious morsels.
- MAIN: Its strong flavors will take your senses by surprise. A sauce and a bite of something spicy, fresh, and tasty on the side.
- DESSERT: An eclectic mix of pure goodness, which is sure to shock you with its contrast of textures.
The price is the same for each menu and is 50.00 euros per person.
As soon as you have completed the purchase, you will be sent a form that you must fill out to report any allergies and intolerances in order to make your experience pleasant and risk-free.
